Bring 5+ years in M&A advisory or leveraged finance, with fluency in Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and FactSet. Strong valuation, LBO modeling, and deal execution skills are essential for global client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in M&A advisory, capital markets, or leveraged finance at a bulge-bracket bank or elite firm.
• Direct ownership of deals, capital raises, or advisory mandates.
• Understanding of board approvals, regulatory reviews (SEC, antitrust), and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Construct enterprise investment banking scenarios for 1B+ M&A transactions, multi-stakeholder committees, and regulatory reviews.
• Build tasks across M&A advisory, equity & debt markets, leveraged finance, valuation, and deal execution.
