Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Investment Banking Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research. This remote contractor role leverages your senior IB background to train AI systems.

You will conduct company and industry research, perform target screening and analog analysis, build Excel-based models, and prepare pitchbooks and client materials with precise, clear explanations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Associate or VP in M&A or investment banking.
• Hands-on experience with live acquisitions or sales.
• Strong Excel modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience with target screening, comparables, pitchbook preparation.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

You'll apply your investment banking expertise to evaluate real-world financial analysis and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.
