You will conduct company and industry research, perform target screening and analog analysis, build Excel-based models, and prepare pitchbooks and client materials with precise, clear explanations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Associate or VP in M&A or investment banking.
• Hands-on experience with live acquisitions or sales.
• Strong Excel modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience with target screening, comparables, pitchbook preparation.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.
• Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis.
• Build, review, and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models.
• Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.
• Analyze financial materials for numerical errors, valuation issues, and logical inconsistencies.
• Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions, and transaction sensitivities.
• Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts.
