Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions in London is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with banks and large institutional clients across equities, ETFs, and F&O. You will own account plans, coordinate with internal teams, drive renewals and growth, and act as the voice of the client in front-office discussions.

The role focuses on front- and middle-office capital-markets activity, requiring strong commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in senior account management within capital markets, financial technology, or related front-office environment.
Strong market knowledge across equities, ETFs, and futures & options (F&O).
Experience working with banks and large institutional clients.
Ability to develop trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder-management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Own and develop strategic relationships with banks and larger institutional clients.
Lead regular account engagement, including relationship reviews and senior stakeholder meetings.
Identify opportunities for account growth and broader solution adoption.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective account coverage and renewals.
Monitor market developments to maintain credible client conversations.
Maintain accurate account records, opportunity tracking and reporting.
