Job summary

Pacific Life Re in London seeks a Senior Manager to lead Capital Management and Reporting, shaping solvency insights and multi-year capital plans across the Group. You will own end-to-end processes and translate complex analyses into clear, strategic recommendations for senior audiences.

You will mentor analysts, strengthen control frameworks, and collaborate with risk, finance and actuarial teams across several jurisdictions to ensure robust governance and timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Essential qualifications include Fellow of Institute & Faculty of Actuaries or Society of Actuaries, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of capital reporting bases (economic and regulatory).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality capital MI for senior leadership and regulatory submissions.
• Identify and lead division-wide capital management initiatives.
• Consolidate capital planning, forecasting, and stress testing across regions.
• Lead, coach and develop analysts within the CM&R team.
