Job summary

Bury VCFA is seeking a community-focused leader to strengthen connection, belonging and collaboration across Bury’s diverse communities. The role will support VCFS organisations, local networks and partners to build trust, develop relationships and co-design solutions to shared challenges.

The postholder will lead place-based programmes that promote inclusion, community voice and meaningful participation, working with colleagues and stakeholders in a hybrid home/office/community setting.
