Senior Camunda Fullstack Developer - Hybrid

Job summary

HelloKindred is recruiting a Fullstack Camunda Developer to design and implement lending origination workflows using Camunda 8, focusing on Java back-end, React front-end, SQL databases, cloud tech, DevOps, automated testing, CI/CD and microservices within a banking environment.

You will work in hybrid setup, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and contribute to test coverage and production support. A CS degree or equivalent experience and strong Java/Spring Boot skills are required.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience designing and implementing Camunda solutions.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot development, incl. JPA, Hibernate, JUnit, RestAssured, Mockito.
• React JS, Redux, Axios, CSS, JavaScript and HTML experience.
• Experience with SQL, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with aPaaS OpenShift V4.
• Hands-on with GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, JIRA, Confluence, SonarQube, Veracode.
• Maven, Gradle and NPM build tools.
• Strong TDD, CI/CD and microservices experience.
• CS background: Computer Science, OOD, and Data Structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop Lending Origination workflows using Camunda 8 for process orchestration.
• Implement service-task-driven integrations using Java-based job workers.
• Build and integrate React-based user interfaces for user task interactions.
• Develop supporting services using Java and SQL-based backend systems.
• Translate business requirements into clean, scalable, and testable code.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and maintain timely updates in JIRA.
• Deliver features with 100% automated test coverage.
• Provide third-line support for production and first-line for UAT.
• Apply TDD, CI/CD and microservices practices throughout delivery.
• Meet CIB Metric standards such as TADS.
