Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Java Fullstack Developer with Camunda expertise to design and build scalable workflows and integrated services. You will work in a hybrid model across office, client sites, and home, delivering backend in Java and frontend in React, with a strong emphasis on TDD, CI/CD, and agile practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing Camunda-based solutions.
• Strong backend in Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and testing (JUnit/Mockito).
• Proficiency with React.js, Redux, and front-end stack.
• Experience with OpenShift and aPaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop lending origination workflows using Camunda 8 for process orchestration.
• Implement service-task-driven integrations using Java-based job workers.
• Build and integrate React-based user interfaces for handling user tasks.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and SQL-based systems.
• Analyze business requirements and deliver clean, scalable, and testable code.
• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and keep JIRA updated.
• Provide 3rd line support for production and assist with 1st line UAT support.
• Ensure compliance with CIB metrics (including TADS) and maintain quality standards.
