Qualifications

• Extensive design and implementation experience with Camunda 8 process orchestration.
• Strong backend development skills in Java, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, JUnit, RestAssured, Mockito.
• Frontend experience with React.js, Redux, Axios, CSS, JavaScript, HTML.
• Solid SQL experience; Microsoft SQL Server preferred.
• Experience with aPaaS OpenShift V4 and cloud platforms.
• Proficient in DevOps tools: GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, JIRA, Confluence, SonarQube, Veracode.
• Build tools: Maven, Gradle, NPM; strong TDD, CI/CD, microservices.
• Experience in Agile IT projects, banking/financial services is a plus.
• Eligibility for BPSS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert architectural guidance on Camunda 8 process orchestration patterns.
• Deliver Camunda, Java, and React-based Lending Origination workflows.
• Oversee technical design, aligning with Wholesale Lending standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sprint objectives.
• Track delivery metrics and report through governance forums.
• Lead adoption of relevant technologies and AI tooling.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards.
• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and maintain updates in JIRA.
• Translate requirements into clean, scalable, testable code.
• Deliver features with 100% automated test coverage.
• Provide third-line production support and assist UAT.
• Meet CIB metric standards (TADS) and apply TDD/CI/CD/microservices.
