BDO Canada is seeking a Senior Campus Recruitment Specialist for a 12-month contract based in Kitchener/Waterloo, Guelph or the GTA to own national campus recruiting initiatives for a designated client group. You will manage full-cycle recruitment of entry-level graduates, co-ops and interns, develop campus events and partnerships, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Travel will be required, and compensation ranges from CAD 74,000 to CAD 112,000 annually.

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline with at least 3 years' experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver national campus recruiting initiatives and strategies.
• Manage full cycle student recruitment of graduates, co-ops and interns.
• Provide an exceptional talent experience for candidates.
• Develop, coordinate and attend campus recruitment events.
• Develop and leverage relationships with academic partners and faculty.
• Collaborate on the campus program and advise stakeholders.
