Job summary

Hyve Group is seeking a Campaign Manager to create, plan and deliver outbound digital marketing campaigns across multiple brands. You will use marketing automation tools to optimise engagement and conversion with prospective visitors, delegates and exhibitors, aligning with partnership objectives and event goals.

You will drive growth mindset, continuously testing and learning, and work with events teams to identify efficiency opportunities and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in marketing automation with leadership experience.
• Expert knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Proven ability to develop and execute complex, data-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own marketing automation campaign strategy for shows.
• Lead design and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
• Oversee segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
• Mentor Campaign Executives and manage projects to timely delivery.
• Collaborate with content, design and sales for cohesive strategy.
• Support on complex automation programmes and optimize AI tools.
