Job summary

Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Practitioner for a 3-month secondment in the CAMHS Day Service at Temple House, Derby. You will oversee clinical care, development of the service, and inter-agency liaison to support young people at risk of admission to Tier 4.

You will lead a multi-professional team, ensure safe access, and drive quality of care with KPI reporting and supervision. UK registration is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or supervising staff
• Current UK professional registration
• Enthusiasm for CAMHS service development

Responsibilities

• Clinically accountable for direct delivery of CAMHS Day Service
• Budget holder for the Team; monitor budget and procurement of assets
• Contribute to budget setting with Finance Manager
• Attend finance meetings and justify team expenditure
• Collaborate with leads to meet targets for performance and quality
• Support transformational changes in line with NHS initiatives
