Job summary

Triumph Motorcycles is seeking a Calibration Engineer or Senior Calibration Engineer to advance ECU calibrations, drive-by-wire and emissions strategies for new model ranges. The role focuses on data logging, drivability analysis, and testing across engines and systems.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, manage calibration tasks on allocated projects, and contribute to future system development in a fast-paced, British heritage environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of engine management systems, data logging, emissions testing, and engine fundamentals.
  • Maths & English GCSE (C/4+) plus higher-level engineering qualifications or direct experience in calibration and application of engine management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver ECU calibrations and support emissions and evaporative testing.
  • Gather and analyse system data to assess drivability and functionality.
  • Support wider departments and contribute to new system development.
  • Manage calibration activities and assist with allocated projects and ad-hoc tasks.

We’re looking for a skilled Calibration Engineer or Senior Calibration Engineer to support the development of our future model ranges. This is a dynamic role involving the further development of Drive‑by‑Wire systems, traction control, and the creation of innovative strategies to meet upcoming emissions legislation.
