Job summary

DCV Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its engineering software team developing navigation, surveillance and radar solutions for maritime applications. This is a hands-on C++ role across the full SDLC, from specification and design to implementation, testing and maintenance.

You will deliver robust C++ software, collaborate with customers and engineering colleagues, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C++ with hands-on SDLC experience.
• Strong knowledge of Visual Studio and software design.
• Degree in a technical field such as Software Engineering or CS.

Responsibilities

• Specification, design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of C++ software.
• Take responsibility for a software design through to verified delivery.
• Provide testing, verification and problem solving throughout the lifecycle.
