Job summary

DRW is seeking an outstanding Senior Software Engineer with expertise in C++ to join our London Core Infrastructure team. You will design, develop and maintain DRW's low-latency trading platform deployed globally, focusing on robustness, scalability and performance.

The role covers order routing, market data and risk systems, with a track record in high-availability, multi-threaded C++ development and prior managerial responsibility. Strong English communication is required; immediate start.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-availability C++ systems with tight latency constraints.
• Background in multi-threaded programming and hardware/software interaction.
• Strong performance tuning (Linux, socket I/O) and troubleshooting.
• Experience with C++ libraries such as STL and Boost.
• Up-to-date with C++23 standards.
