Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related discipline.
• Professional certification or working towards MCIPS.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proven procurement/sourcing experience for site-based installation activities.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and cost management capabilities.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in procurement or ERP systems, SAP.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities for Service Business to align with Project demands.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure sourcing activities follow local procurement policy.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Set up Framework Agreements and negotiate pricing and terms for best project value.
• Maintain procurement records, bids, pricing, and evaluation processes.
• Provide regular reports on cost performance, savings, and KPIs.
• Support forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Conduct regular supplier reviews and performance evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives within the supply base.
