Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a procurement role.
• Experience of planning or scheduling material demand in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes in a high-performance engineering setting.
• Competent Excel skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Project or an equivalent planning tool.

Responsibilities

• Procure components and services for Heritage and TPC, working closely with production and engineering to balance lead time, quality and price.
• Process purchase orders for Heritage and TPC goods and services with appropriate authorisation.
• Negotiate supplier quotes to secure favourable terms and maintain accurate records.
• Lead tender processes and create contracts with clear deliverables, terms and conditions.
• Conduct supplier audits across Heritage and TPC.
• Forecast demand from build, test and event calendars and translate into material requirements and delivery timelines.
• Maintain the supply plan and manage delivery risk, reporting status against metrics.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders across heritage, creative and parts logistics about progress.
