Job summary

Atlassian Williams F1 Team is seeking a procurement professional to lead sourcing across Heritage and TPC, coordinating with production and engineering to secure parts while balancing lead times, quality, and cost. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a procurement role, preferably motorsport.
• Ability to manage a very large, high-paced order book.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes in a high-performance engineering setting.
• Experience planning or scheduling material demand in manufacturing.
• Competent Excel skills; MS Project or equivalent planning tool.

Responsibilities

• Procure components and services for Heritage and TPC, balancing lead time, quality and price.
• Process purchase orders and ensure engineering specifications are communicated and properly authorised.
• Negotiate supplier quotes to secure favourable terms and maintain records.
• Check supplier acknowledgements and resolve non-conformances to minimise delays.
• Lead tender processes and create contracts with clear deliverables and terms.
• Conduct supplier audits across Heritage and TPC.
• Forecast demand from build/test/event calendars into material requirements and delivery timelines.
• Maintain supply plan and manage delivery risk, reporting status against metrics.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to keep them informed of progress on outsourced parts.
• Act as single point of contact for TPC integration with Car Programme Management while maintaining segregation of out-of-cap activity.
