Position Purpose:

The Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst will execute global sourcing and procurement efforts within a defined set of categories, covering an annual spend of $10 - $50 million. The role involves contributing to category strategies and executing strategic sourcing activities such as supply market analysis, total cost of ownership analysis, negotiations, and contracting to reduce costs. The main goal is to achieve year-over-year cost reductions while maintaining or improving supplier quality and service levels. The position reports to the Group Head of Procurement.

Key Job Activities:

1. Drive cost savings: Serve as the primary champion for cost savings across assigned categories, supporting strategy development, creating sourcing plans, and communicating progress to leadership.
2. Develop and execute strategies: Lead development and implementation of sourcing strategies, manage relationships with stakeholders, oversee RFPs, and lead contract negotiations.
3. Performance measurement: Track and report savings and performance metrics for assigned categories regularly.
4. Innovate policies and processes: Continually evaluate and improve procurement policies, processes, and tools to ensure best practices.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience. CIPS certification or progress towards it is preferred.

Experience (EMEAA):

2–5 years of procurement experience with strong knowledge of sourcing processes, analytical skills, and business acumen. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), with experience in Project and Coupa being advantageous. Strong negotiation, communication, organizational, leadership, and presentation skills are essential.
