The Job

As a Senior Buyer, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing team, fostering accountability, growth, and positivity
• Working closely with Merchandising to optimize the supply chain, ensuring high stock availability and operational efficiency
• Driving supplier negotiations, setting clear expectations around pricing, allocation, and service levels
• Leading buying decisions for your category, aligning product strategy with business objectives and customer insights
• Using trend analysis and performance metrics to build ranges that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
