Job description

Job Title: Experienced Facebook Ads Media Buyer For Dental Practices

Compensation: $300 - $600 /month /client

Location: Remote / Anywhere

Intro:

We run a specialised marketing agency called EBrandNavigator, helping dental practices in the UK (dentists, orthodontists, implant clinics) get qualified patients consistently through Facebook/Meta ads.

While most agencies try to serve everyone, we’ve chosen to specialise — we only work with dental professionals, and we’re only looking to work with media buyers who already have experience in this exact niche.

If you haven’t run successful ad campaigns for dentists, orthodontists, or implant clinics, this role isn’t for you.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a high-performing Facebook Ads media buyer with demonstrated results in the dental space; someone who wants to grow with us and work long-term across multiple clients as our roster expands. This is a per-client retainer, not a full-time salaried position. You’ll be paid monthly per client depending on performance and scope and you'll take full ownership of:

  • Strategy, setup, and launch of Facebook ad campaigns
  • Writing or selecting high-converting ad creatives (with our guidance)
  • Pixel setup, retargeting (possibly), lead event tracking
  • Ongoing performance optimization and budget management
  • Collaboration on funnel improvement and messaging angles
  • Communicating performance metrics & insights clearly
Requirements:

To be considered, you must meet all of the following. These are deal breakers — please only apply if you tick every box:

  • Proven experience running Facebook Ads for dentists or orthodontists (UK-based preferred)
  • Can show real results: patient bookings, cost per lead, ROAS, appointment volume, or similar metrics
  • Have at least 1-2 case studies or campaign screenshots to back up your work
  • Comfortable working within UK hours.
  • Able to communicate updates and results proactively, using Google Sheets or reporting tools
  • Understand dental industry pain points and how to speak to them in ad copy/targeting

If your experience is only in ecommerce, coaches, real estate, or general B2C — please do not apply. We’re only looking for niche-experienced buyers who already know this space.
