Business Travel Consultant - Touring Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant with touring or production experience for an expanding independent agency based in the West End. The role can be home-based, hybrid, or office-based, with a salary range of £38,000 to £48,000. Previous touring experience or production background is essential, along with ideally Sabre knowledge, although cross-training from another GDS is available.

Your responsibilities will include managing entertainment and touring client travel logistics, ensuring exceptional service, handling air, hotel, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, using Sabre.

You must pay close attention to detail, prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and ensure client budgets and specific requirements are met. Administrative tasks, including accounting queries, should be handled promptly and accurately.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Touring or production experience is mandatory
• Sabre knowledge preferred but cross-training available
• Open to candidates based anywhere in the UK
• Flexible working hours, e.g., 9 am to 6 pm or later start/end times
• Strong reissue, ticketing, and refund experience
