Job Description:

Business travel consultant - touring specialist - Required for this expanding independent agency based in the West End. The role can be home-based, hybrid, or office-based, with a salary between £38,000 and £48,000. Previous touring or production experience is essential, along with ideally Sabre knowledge, though cross-training from another GDS is available.

- Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics, ensuring the highest level of service at all times.

- Handle air, hotel, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, providing full dedicated support to all customers using Sabre.

- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, prioritize workload, and deliver within deadlines.

- Ensure client budgets and specific requirements are met.

- Process administrative tasks, including accounting queries, promptly and accurately.

Skills Required:

• Touring or production experience is essential.
• Sabre knowledge is preferred, with cross-training available.
• Open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
• Flexible working hours, e.g., 9 am to 6 pm or later start and finish times are acceptable.
• Strong reissues, ticketing, and refunds experience.
