Job Description:

Business travel consultant - touring specialist - We are seeking an experienced touring specialist for an expanding independent agency based in the West End. The role can be homebased, hybrid, or office-based, with a salary range of 38k-48k. Previous touring or production experience is essential, along with ideally SABRE GDS knowledge, although cross-training will be provided.

- Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics, ensuring exceptional service at all times.

- Handle air, hotel, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, providing dedicated support using SABRE.

- Maintain high attention to detail, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.

- Ensure client budgets and specific requirements are met.

- Complete administrative tasks, including accounting queries, accurately and promptly.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Touring or production experience is a must.
• SABRE knowledge is preferred but training will be provided.
• Open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
• Flexible working hours, e.g., 9am-6pm or later start/end times are acceptable.
• Strong reissue, ticketing, and refund experience.
