Promote a safety-first culture through the safety in mind programme, ensuring safety is at the heart of any improvement activity by engaging, consulting, and collaborating with the H&S and operations teams.
Support the creation of a regional improvement pipeline, including evaluation and selection, and the development of the MTP with quantified and qualified improvement opportunities. Facilitate the Kaizen approach to improvement by promoting it and leading workshops.
Assist in improvement projects as an active team member by coaching and mentoring project team members, promoting and coaching the use of Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
Deploy Lean Six Sigma methodologies and foster a continuous improvement culture.
Create an environment of open communication and high trust, focused on teamwork and collaboration, where issues and opportunities, performance, and progress can be shared, and positive actions taken.
