Job summary

Cambridgeshire County Council is recruiting Senior Business Systems Support Officer roles on a six-month fixed-term contract or secondment. You will help keep our Liquidlogic case management systems (LCS, EHM, EYES, ContrOCC) working effectively, configuring forms and workflows and testing upgrades, while translating service needs into practical system changes.

You will investigate issues via the service desk, liaise with System C through Jira, and develop your knowledge of system configuration

Qualifications

• Experience with case management systems handling sensitive information.
• Ability to configure IT systems to meet business requirements.
• Willingness to learn new systems and follow best practice.
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Investigate system issues and implement changes to forms/workflows.
• Configure and test upgrades and fixes for Liquidlogic applications.
• Support Families First Programme and ensure compliance by 1 April 2027.
• Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers, and manage workload efficiently.
