Job summary

MCS Group is seeking a Business Systems Project Manager in Newry with hybrid work arrangement (3 days on-site). The role focuses on end-to-end delivery of business systems projects, including ERP and CRM implementations, across stakeholders, IT teams and partners.

Qualifications

This role requires 5+ years of experience across IT, business systems or technology projects.
Strong track record delivering projects through full lifecycle and managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and governance.
Experience delivering off-the-shelf software/package implementations across ERP/CRM.
Excellent requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops with solid business analysis capability.
Experience managing suppliers, budgets, risks and project governance.
PRINCE2 or PMI certification would be beneficial.
Experience with pharmaceutical, manufacturing or regulated environments is valuable.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of business systems and application projects.
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and project governance.
Work with stakeholders to understand current processes, gather requirements and translate needs into functional specifications.
Manage third-party software vendors and implementation partners.
Support ERP, CRM and other enterprise applications uptake and expansion.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, system adoption and ways of working.
Balance priorities across multiple projects and stakeholder groups to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure projects operate within a regulated environment and adhere to governance standards.
