Job summary

Sysco Software in Belfast is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Dynamics 365 implementation team on a hybrid basis. Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a project co-ordinator or project management related role.
• Prince2 or Agile PM certifications are desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Client-facing delivery – managing and supporting project teams to deliver new and existing projects for client partners.
• Managing implementation projects from pre-sales sign-off through delivery and closeout, including reviews to improve processes.
• Developing timelines and project plans, assigning tasks, and ensuring accountability across the team and with clients.
• Ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date with all elements of project delivery and supporting their needs.
• Managing project budgets both internally and with client partners.

One of these new positions, is an additional Project Manager role,to be based flexibly out of our Belfast office on a hybrid basis.

We require an experienced Project Manager to join our business and work alongside our ambitious, dedicated team on small, medium & large project implementations. The successful candidate will be given early responsibility for managing the delivery of Dynamics projects liaising closely with our Solution Team Leads. You will work within our implementation framework for cloud-based Dynamics Business Applications and help with its ongoing evolution.

Key responsibilities:

• Client-facing delivery – Managing and supporting project teams to deliver new and existing projects for our client partners.
• Managing implementation projects following the pre-sales sign-off stage right through to delivery & closeout, including review meetings to find ways of finessing and improving processes for the future.
• Developing timelines and project plans – assigning tasks and ensuring accountability across the team and with client partners.
• Ensuring all stakeholders involved in the implementation are kept up to date with all elements of the project delivery and supporting their needs.
• Managing project budgets both internally and with client partners.

Key deliverables:

• Project timelines – creating, overseeing, and delivering on these from start to finish.
• Spotting roadblocks and finding ways to overcome them individually and with the team.
• Meeting scheduling – ensuring swift set-up (whether virtually or in person) and ensuring they run smoothly.
• Capturing minutes and actions from meetings and delivering timely follow-up and next steps.
• Spotting efficiencies and ways to work faster and smarter as a team. Working actively to review workload and responsibilities to make sure everything is manageable and realistic

Capabilities:

• Administration: strong experience in administration – helping people and projects to run seamlessly and smoothly.

Experience:

• 5 plus years’ experience within a project co-ordinator or project management related role.
• An excellent understanding of planning, budget, and cost management.
• Prince2 or Agile PM certifications are desirable but not essential.
