Job summary

Community Integrated Care in the UK is seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager to lead the performance, development and continuous improvement of our critical business systems.

You will manage a team delivering outstanding system support and drive strategic change, collaborating with senior stakeholders to maximise system capability and value for frontline care delivery. Attendance at our head office in Widnes is required once a week.

Qualifications

• Significant experience overseeing business-critical systems.
• Experience leading IT application or business systems support functions.
• Proven ability to manage incidents, service requests and escalations.
• Experience driving system projects and change initiatives.
• Knowledge of governance, risk management and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational management of key business-critical systems.
