Job summary

Solus Accident Repair Centres Company seeks a senior Business Systems, Delivery & Change Manager to lead our business systems, digital platforms and technology change portfolio. You will drive delivery governance, ensure value delivery, and align initiatives with organisational strategy.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage suppliers, and shape the change program from intake through benefits tracking, with a focus on security, risk, and regulatory compliance across the business.

Qualifications

Degree in IT, technology, business management, or related field.
Proven leadership in technology delivery, business systems or change management.
Certifications in IT governance or project management are a plus.
Experience managing budgets, suppliers and enterprise-scale change.

Responsibilities

Define and own strategic direction for business systems aligned to roadmap.
Prioritise change portfolio balancing strategic needs and capacity.
Approve and govern system changes with security and stability.
Lead delivery and change capability with cross-functional teams.
Manage relationships with CIO and technology partners.
Oversee lifecycle of technology change from intake to benefits tracking.
Govern standards for delivery, change governance, and system lifecycle management.
