About Position and details:

Skills/Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a “solution-minded” Senior Business Systems Analyst and product owner with experience on Sales Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud, along with a strong understanding of SaaS products. You will be responsible for creating and delivering value through business process optimization and systems automation in areas such as lead, deal registration, account, contact, opportunity management, and CPQ. You will be part of the IT Business Applications team, collaborating with cross-functional teams from Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and Channel Operations. The main responsibility will be partnering directly with sales leaders and stakeholders to implement enhancements in Salesforce to support and automate our lead-to-quote processes, aiming to improve efficiency and support a seamless sales experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions addressing complex business challenges
  • Manage Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration projects
  • Conduct gap analysis and develop innovative solutions
  • Create technical documentation, process flows, and system diagrams
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
  • Build POCs and demonstrate new Salesforce features to stakeholders
  • Configure Salesforce using point-and-click, identifying when to code
  • Map business requirements to Salesforce OOTB features
  • Identify recurring issues for system improvements and maintain run books
  • Collaborate closely with onshore and offshore developers during execution

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 10+ years as a business systems analyst on Salesforce
  • Minimum 5+ years in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce Industries Clouds, especially Communication Cloud
  • Deep knowledge of sales processes like lead, account, opportunity management, and forecasting
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, flows, validation rules
  • Strong knowledge of Einstein, Prompt Builder, and Agentforce
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to achieve challenging goals
  • Experience with Salesforce managed packages
