Skills/Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a solution-minded Senior Business Systems Analyst and product owner with experience on Sales Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud, along with a strong understanding of SaaS products. You will be responsible for creating and delivering value through business process optimization and systems automation in lead, deal registration, account, contact, opportunity management, and CPQ areas. You will be part of the IT Business Applications team, collaborating with cross-functional teams from Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and Channel Operations. The main responsibility is partnering directly with sales leaders and stakeholders to implement new Salesforce enhancements supporting and automating the lead-to-quote process. The role involves creative thinking to reshape processes for efficiency and supporting a seamless sales experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Lead to Quote architecture, develop roadmaps, analyze business systems, build proof of concepts, and develop scalable solutions
• Collaborate with teams to gather and document requirements
• Design and develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions for complex challenges
• Manage Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations
• Perform gap analysis and develop solutions to meet business needs
• Create technical documentation, process flows, and system diagrams
• Develop training materials and conduct user training
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements
• Build POCs and demonstrate Salesforce features to stakeholders
• Configure Salesforce using point-and-click, identifying when to code
• Map business requirements to Salesforce OOTB features
• Identify recurring issues for system improvements and maintain run books
• Work closely with onshore and offshore developers during execution

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience as a business systems analyst on Salesforce
• 5+ years in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce Industries Clouds, especially Communication Cloud
• Deep knowledge of sales processes and pipeline management
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
• Knowledge of Einstein, Prompt Builder, and Agentforce
• Excellent problem-solving skills and goal achievement ability
• Experience with Salesforce managed packages
