Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd seeks a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with technical delivery in an Agile environment. You will work with Product Owners, ADM and stakeholders to capture and document requirements, translate them into clear specifications and artefacts, and support testing to ensure alignment with business outcomes.

Requires 3–5 years in BA roles, solid knowledge of Agile and SDLC, and familiarity with SSP Pure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/IT/CS.
• Typically 3–5 years in Business Analysis or similar in app development.
• Experience in Agile delivery teams and SDLC.
• Professional BA certifications (IIBA/BCS/Agile) are advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional/non-functional specs including UI, reporting, integration and data needs.
• Create user stories, process maps, workflows and acceptance criteria for software delivery.
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Support testing with validated requirements and test scenarios.
