Catch Resource Management is seeking a Senior Business Systems Administrator to support and enhance a range of business-critical applications. The role focuses on systems administration, integrations, automation and stakeholder engagement across the wider business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Systems professional to drive system improvements and support ongoing digital transformation initiatives within a hybrid working arrangement in Sheffield.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience as Business Systems Administrator/Manager.
• Experience managing a portfolio of business applications.
• Engagement with stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Experience with integrations and automation.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance a portfolio of business applications to support day-to-day operations.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Drive system optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency, user experience and business processes.
• Support and maintain integrations between core platforms and third-party applications.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, ensuring systems remain stable and fit for purpose.
• Contribute to ongoing transformation projects, system upgrades and the adoption of new technologies.
