Red Kite Community Housing in the United Kingdom is seeking a qualified finance professional to lead responsibility for the Group's financial planning and treasury activities. You will produce the 30-year Group Business Plan, run what-if scenarios, monitor cashflows, and ensure timely regulatory submissions to the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) along with the annual accounts and related returns.

• Qualified accountant with professional membership (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience formulating long-term business plans, key assumptions, what-if modelling, stress testing, and variance analysis.
• Experience extracting data from management accounts and financial records to build and interpret financial models.
• Experience in the social housing sector including regulatory returns (FFR/QFRSs) and submissions via NROSH+.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and ability to manage large datasets for management reporting.
• Ability to foresee and manage business risks and suggest mitigations.
• Strong report-writing skills (concise business reports) for management, committees and board, with dashboards.
• Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Production and maintenance of the 30 year Group Business Plan including what-if scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing.
• Submission against deadlines to the Regulator of the Social Housing (RSH) of three annual submissions; and completion of quarterly Finance & Risk Survey.
• Short- and long-term cashflow monitoring and forecasting.
• Reporting on compliance with loan covenants and the Treasury Management Policy including Golden Rules.
• Maintaining the asset security register and reporting investment portfolio values.
• Reporting quarterly on the Assets & Liabilities Register.
• Contributing to internal management information reporting and annual financial statements.
