Rochdale Boroughwide Housing Ltd is seeking an Assistant Finance Business Partner (Treasury & Business Planning) to join the Finance & Procurement team on a fixed-term basis until December 2027. The role supports treasury, business planning and regulatory reporting, with exposure to cash flow, modeling and governance across RBH and subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Experience working in finance, accounting or business planning environments.
• Advanced Excel and large data set handling.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
• Clear communicator able to explain financial concepts to non-finance colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and maintenance of RBH and subsidiary business plans using Business Planning software.
• Assist with financial modelling, stress testing and sensitivity analyses for strategic decisions.
• Support quarterly and annual regulatory submissions.
• Prepare month-end treasury accruals, reconciliations and interest calculations.
• Monitor treasury performance and covenant reporting; produce monthly management information.
• Assist cash flow forecasting and liquidity monitoring for effective treasury management.
• Produce reports for Board, Committees, Executive Leadership Team, lenders and regulators.
• Maintain treasury records including banking mandates and securitisation information.
• Prepare treasury-related returns and reports for lenders and external stakeholders.
• Review bank reconciliations and monitor outstanding transactions.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Raise purchase orders and administer treasury-related expenditure.
• Provide cover for wider Treasury and Business Planning activities as needed.
