Breedon Group is seeking a Business Manager – Aggregates East based at Willington Quarry, Bedfordshire. You will lead the operational, commercial and financial performance of the Aggregates & Asphalt East, translating strategy into safe, efficient daily delivery and driving revenue, profitability and performance.

This senior leadership role requires inspiring diverse teams, strengthening customer relationships and building a sustainable, high-performing business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in business leadership and strategy.
• Strong financial, commercial and EBITDA management.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and influence across internal and external parties.
• Experience in aggregates, asphalt or construction materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development strategies for Aggregates & Asphalt across the East.
• Set and monitor annual production, sales and EBITDA forecasts.
• Drive safe, efficient and high-quality operations with cost controls.
• Develop long-term asset performance and capital investment plans.
• Lead pricing and commercial performance reviews to improve revenue and margins.
• Identify growth opportunities through market insight and major accounts.
• Coach and develop management teams; build capability and talent pipeline.
• Champion inclusive culture focused on health, safety and collaboration.
