Job summary

Chadwick Nott is recruiting an Immigration Senior Associate for our Birmingham team. You will manage a varied caseload of corporate and private client matters, advising on Sponsor Licence applications, Skilled Worker routes, and UK Home Office compliance.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years' PQE in immigration law, excellent communication and commercial judgement, and thrives in a collaborative, high‑performing environment. Hybrid working and career development are available.

Qualifications

• You will be a technically strong and commercially minded solicitor.
• 7+ years' PQE in immigration practice is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of corporate and private client immigration matters with minimal supervision.
• Advising on Sponsor Licence applications, Skilled Worker, Global Mobility and other routes.
• Advising private clients on ILR, citizenship, naturalisation and family applications.
• Assisting with developing the Immigration practice and client relationships.
• Preparing articles and briefing papers on developments in immigration law.
• Presenting at client training sessions, seminars, webinars and industry events.
• Contributing to pitches, panel reviews and strategic business development.
