The ideal candidate will lead business development activities, drive sales, and manage marketing and customer service in the UK market.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the UK market;
• Create business and regulatory plans for the UK and meet operational objectives;
• Identify opportunities from marketing leads and manage local partners;
• Report market information to headquarters timely;
• Coordinate with other departments to establish operational processes;
• Enhance brand awareness of the company and its solutions in the UK;
• Provide excellent customer service and prompt solutions to inquiries.

Qualifications/Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales in molecular pathology or IVD products;
• Degree in Life & Science, Molecular Pathology, or Clinical Medicine; MBA or PhD is a plus;
• Good knowledge of the local molecular pathology market; international experience preferred;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Strategic and creative thinking with attention to detail;
• Energetic and motivated to find new business opportunities quickly;
• Familiarity with selling imported products in Europe;
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
