Senior Business Development Manager - South

Kind Consultancy is working with a fast-growing challenger bank which is currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join them in a permanent, full-time remote role covering the South of England, paying £65,000 to £75,000 dependent on experience, as well as a benefits package and car allowance.

The Senior BDM will:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Create and develop intermediary relationships
• Devise strategic plans
• Drive revenue growth
• Expand the bank's market presence

For the Senior Business Development Manager opportunity, we're looking for candidates who:

• Have experience in Mortgage Lending and a background in Financial Services (essential)
• Have substantial experience in Business Development, Sales and Intermediary Relationship Management
• Have a proven track record of developing strategic business plans and executing them successfully
• Demonstrate strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
• Can assess market trends and pinpoint new business opportunities
• Have a problem-solving approach to their work and confidence in making decisions
• Are self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote position
• Must have significant experience of work within banking or the specialist lending arena (essential)
