Job summary

ALS Recruiting Ltd seeks a Senior Business Development Manager for Freight to drive high-value opportunities within a global logistics environment.

You will build and maintain senior-level relationships with decision-makers, identify new routes and services, and report market trends to support growth strategy. Salary £55,000 - £75,000 plus Car/Car Allowance and Commission.

• Proven experience selling Road, Air or Sea Freight at a senior level
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of exceeding targets
• Ability to build and maintain long-term strategic relationships
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with strong leadership capability
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, face-to-face and via telephone
