Kevin Theobald Employment Agency seeks an experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Manager in South East London for road, air and sea freight leadership. The role requires a proven ability to win new customers, develop strategic relationships and drive revenue growth in a competitive logistics market.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years in freight, an established client network, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills to grow accounts and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in the logistics/freight sector.
• Strong road, air and sea freight experience.
• Proven sales, business development and customer acquisition track record.
• Established client network and industry contacts.
• Deep knowledge of the freight forwarding market and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Road & Sea Freight Manager with a strong background in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 5-10+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong experience in road freight, air and sea freight
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and customer acquisition
• An established network of clients and industry contacts
• Strong knowledge of the freight forwarding and logistics market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
• Ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts

Location South East London Salary £45-55 plus commission and car allowance
