Job Description:

A highly prestigious, global education organisation is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive their sales strategy for their print and digital publications across English Language Learning and the Arts. The role is based hybrid from the client's London offices and offers a base salary of £45,000, with an OTE of £80,000 and excellent benefits.

This is a hands on sales role, where you will be involved in the creation and implementation of sales, business development and marketing strategies, working alongside the publishing team, field sales representatives, distributors and retailers. This role will be building brand awareness, driving pipelines and revenue - for B2B in particular.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of B2B business development sales within the education sector - ideally within ELT or the Arts, with top notch customer relationship management skills, and the ability to present and communicate well. An understanding of music licensing would be highly beneficial, alongside any experience in publishing. You will need to be able to use both CRM's and Microsoft Excel to a good level, be able to work with data and analytics and have an excellent problem solving ability.
