We’re on the lookout for a Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in residential property, ideally with experience working with property developers or within a development firm. This Manchester-based position will play a critical role in driving business growth across the North of England, while also serving as a mentor to the local sales team. This role focuses on engaging with a wide range of clients including large-scale developers furnishing entire residential schemes, portfolio investors, and individual property managers.
