Capsticks Solicitors LLP is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead Local Government sector growth. You will shape strategy, drive client development and lead cross-functional campaigns with lawyers and market teams.

Hybrid working in major UK offices; you will manage budgets, onboard major client wins and provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders while maintaining Capsticks’ client-first culture.

Qualifications

• Significant business development and marketing experience in a legal, professional services or consultancy environment.
• Proven success in account management, client development and strategic relationship management.
• Experience leading business development input into bids, frameworks, panels and major opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Local Government sector growth strategy and annual plan. Develop account and growth plans with senior stakeholders.
• Lead campaigns, thought leadership, events and content aligned with client needs.
• Manage budgets, pipeline, dashboards and performance reporting to drive ROI.
• Coach lawyers on client development and market engagement; identify cross-selling opportunities.
