The role focuses on creating a strong pipeline, engaging senior stakeholders, and shaping proposals with delivery teams. It is based home-based with London visits once per week and offers a salary of £70,000-£85,000 base.

Qualifications

Experience selling consulting, professional services, SOW or project-based solutions into Central Government.
Strong background in new-business development.
Knowledge of public-sector procurement and framework-led sales.
Evidence of personally winning projects and new clients.
Experience selling complex technology or transformation services.
Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
Understanding of moving opportunities from initial conversation to close.
Open to where the experience was gained.

Responsibilities

Own a new-business Central Government territory and develop a strong pipeline of consulting opportunities.
Develop new client relationships and win work across technology and transformation programmes.
Shape opportunities with consulting and delivery teams to ensure commercial viability and deliverability.
Navigate public-sector procurement routes and engage through direct BD, networking and events.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs.
