Senior Business Development Consultant (Benefits Technology) – The Role:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced business development professional has arisen within our Employee Benefits Consulting division.

We will provide a wide range of work experiences for the successful candidate within a supportive atmosphere. We will offer you the opportunity to demonstrate your abilities and tangibly recognise your efforts, with the potential for progression within the company.

Senior Business Development Consultant (Benefits Technology) – Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new routes to market and lead generation opportunities focused specially on benefits technology.
• Lead and coordinate responses to benefits technology new business opportunities
• Develop prospective clients’ understanding and awareness of Broadstone’s solutions
• Contribute to Broadstone's EBC proposition focusing on benefits technology revenue growth.
• Support cross-sales of wider EB services

Senior Business Development Consultant (Benefits Technology) – You:

• Commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Technical expertise relating to benefits technology
• Regulatory and best-practice knowledge of achieving success in technology-based sales
