Primark is seeking a Senior Business Architect to translate strategy into enterprise-wide business and technology change across customer, colleague and supplier journeys.

You will design capabilities, operating models and processes to support Primark's growth, partnering with Technology, Strategy, Finance and Transformation leaders to influence investment decisions and realise measurable business value. This is a high-visibility role affecting the enterprise.

Qualificações

• 10+ years' experience in Business Analysis/Business Architecture delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• 12+ years' experience working within Technology organisations.
• Strong background in Business Architecture frameworks and TOGAF or equivalent.
• Proven experience in investment planning, business case development, prioritisation and benefits realisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong systems thinking and design thinking capabilities to solve complex business challenges.
• Experience influencing senior leaders across multiple programmes and domains.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the annual Technology strategy and portfolio planning cycle with business priorities.
• Define and maintain end-to-end customer, colleague and supplier journeys.
• Own and evolve enterprise capability model, value streams and operating models.
• Shape major strategic initiatives with early architectural guidance.
• Lead identification of enterprise-wide business requirements and opportunities.
• Mentor Business Architects, Business Analysts and Solution Architects.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimisation and risk mitigation.
