Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Reading is seeking a Change Manager to lead the delivery of organisational change across transformation initiatives. You will ensure employees are ready, engaged and equipped to adopt new processes, systems and ways of working, while collaborating with business and project stakeholders to drive adoption and minimise disruption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Change Management, Transformation or Organisational Change roles.
• Proven experience delivering change across multiple projects or medium-sized programmes.
• Strong background in change impact assessments, stakeholder management, communications and training planning.
• Knowledge of structured change and project delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of an organisation.

Responsibilities
