Job summary

Network IT are supporting a major transformation programme within a Higher Education environment, seeking a Senior Business Analyst to provide expert analysis and drive improvements across complex organisational processes.

You will shape change initiatives, work with senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and document As-Is and To-Be processes, applying BA techniques to realise benefits and enable IT alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis within complex organisations, ideally Higher Education.
• Strong knowledge of BA methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with process improvement, organisational change and benefits realisation.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile.
• Degree and/or professional qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong, strategic relationships across departments and manages stakeholder expectations.
• Leads workshops and visioning sessions to support strategic thinking and IT alignment.
• Analyses and documents As-Is processes and designs To-Be processes to enable effective change.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping business change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and objectives. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and facilitating access to subject matter experts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building strong, strategic relationships across departments and managing stakeholder expectations.
